Landman Properties Ltd is a privately registered company under the laws of Kenya (CAP 486). The Company was incorporated in the year 2013. Our office is located in Thika town, Section 2 opposite Thika School for the Blind.
We basically deal With Real Estate & Property Management. Since our incorporation, we have grown in leaps and bounds as a result of excellent service delivery that has earned us trust, respect and repeat businesses.

Mr.Kinuthia has a vast experience and skills in real estate and property management. He has been in the industry for over 15 years and is a full registered member OF ESTATE AGENTS REGISTRATION BOARD (E.A.R.B) .He is a professional realtor who studied Real Estate and Property Management at the University of Nairobi

COMPANY ADVISOR
Dr. Winnie Mwangi PhD( land administration ) is a Senior Lecturer, Department of Real Estate, Construction Management & Quantity Surveying at University of Nairobi. She is our company advisor in real estate matters.

He is a lecturer, a management consultant in business administration and a prolific writer of scholarly articles on management and leadership issues. He holds a masters and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Jomo Kenyatta University Of Agriculture And Technology (J.K.U.A.T).He Is Currently Studying For Doctorate Degree in Christian counselling at Mid-Wet Seminary Of Bible Theology .U.S.A
Eng. CHARLES NGUYAI
BOARD MEMBER
Charles Ndungu Mbari Nguyai has previously
worked in various Engineering and Management roles in several Kenyan
companies including, Cockar Dynamics Ltd, Kenya Cooperative
Creameries Ltd, (KCC), and Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited,
(KPRL). He is an alumni of University of Nairobi, with Bachelor of
Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a member of
Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). In his 32 year career at KPRL,
he served as Chief Engineer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief
Executive Officer. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Kenya
Petroleum Refineries Limited from 2016 to 2019.
Mr. KABOCHI MUTURU
BOARD MEMBER
He is Researcher and Director at Boston Research Solutions and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing). He has 15 years of banking experience with Bank of America as a Global clients’ advisor for the State of New York among various roles and also served as a Manager for Viacom Paramount Pictures for several years.
Dr .ELIZABETH WANGARI

She is a career teacher and teaches Project Planning and Management (PPM) at the University of Nairobi. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and holds PhD in Maasai Mara University. She is passionate about youth empowerment opportunities in churches and social gatherings.
